Watercolor Bookmark Craft Night

Join me for a creative and relaxing watercolor bookmark workshop where you’ll learn the basics of watercolor and create bookmarks you’ll actually use and enjoy.

We’ll begin with a short introduction to watercolor techniques so you can get comfortable with the materials and practice a few simple skills. From there, you’ll move into painting your bookmarks. You’ll have the option to paint from a selection of my pre-drawn designs or create your own artwork on blank bookmarks if you’d like to make something completely original.

Once your bookmarks are finished, you’ll choose from a variety of tassel colors to add the perfect finishing touch.

This workshop is open to all skill levels, including beginners, and all materials are provided. You’ll leave with several finished watercolor bookmarks and the confidence to continue exploring watercolor on your own.

This workshop is for participants who are ages 15&up!

May 17th 10am-11am: Join Lee Ann from Wild Daisy Creative for some good, clean fun! In this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn the full cold process soap-making method to craft your own gentle, natural bar soap from scratch. 

You'll go home with:

 A batch of soap (approx. 8 bars)

 A reusable soap mold

 A printed recipe card to recreate your batch at home

The workshop is $48 and includes all supplies and safety gear to use during class. To help transport your soap home, please bring an old towel and a baking sheet.

Maude Winters is an pansexual, disabled author of open-door sapphic and billionaire romance. She’s a horse girl through and through. Though raised in Chicagoland, she lives in Michigan with her husband, a horse-obsessed child, and three dogs.

Maude loves to write strong female characters who challenge institutions. A weird theater kid and competitive choir devotee in a past life, she brings camp into all her stories!
